We got this version of The Three Little Pigs book by Nat Lambert as a gift from my mum who was interested with the fact that it has augmented reality embedded in it. We tried it, but I decided to use it just like a normal old fashioned book.

We re-used a thick paper bag as material for piggies and wolf shape.

She dipped the sponge into the container full of pink homemade paint.

She dabbed the soaked sponge onto the material.

She painted them excitedly, at first using a sponge but soon after the material got curved due to water in the paint.

She began dipped her finger in the paint and dripping the paint over the pig. Eventually she used our silicone baking brush.

I pegged them on a baking rack to avoid their curving.

She loves the story of the little pigs, especially the following rhyme:

Little pig, little pig, let me in!

Not by the hair on my chinny-chin chin!

Then I'll huff and I'll puff, and I'll blow, blow, blow

But the bricks surely did not go

Since Y began talking and expressing her imaginary world, I noticed that she tend to be like her father. It never mattered much for them (unlike me) what the book story is about. She creatively made her own story these days.

Instead of blowing those houses made of hay and stick, she helped them built their houses back.

She let the pig and the wolf to walk hand in hand. In more than one occasion, she assigned them to kiss and caress one another. Then she bring the wolf away while saying bye bye adorably to those piggies.

So it’s definitely a happy story for everyone involved.
