Spin Art Magazine Paper

We did another spin art painting today while waiting for our cabbage project.

This was a super cool activity to do with little one! She was so excited and her little ‘whiiiy’ was super cute!

All you need:

-salad spinner

-paints (we used flour, water and food coloring) on re-used glass jar lids

-paper (we used magazine paper)

How to:

-open the lid

-add the paper into the basket spinner

-add the paints

-close the lid

-let it spin, have fun and observe the magic

What is she learning:

-reasoning & concept development

-language skills

-math

-science

-creative art

Spin art painting is a must try with your little ones. It was so exciting to watch the salad spinner spun. Those splattered paints were awesome. We never could be certain how our art will be. It adds the excitement. She loved it!

We have done spin painting art for so many times now. Y still so excited with pouring and spinning like her first time ever spinning art session, but one thing she seek after has changed from the surprising scattered paint on the paper to lifting up the spinning basket and observing these left over colours on the bottom of spinner container.

Aren’t they marvelous to look at?
