This is our daughter current number one favorite on her list things to eat: noodles with chopstick. It is crucial to put “with chopstick” in one sentece. They are unseparable pair these days. I wished to take before, in the process and after she was eating but barely can take any picture of the bowl without her hands. She always overly excited to eat the noodle.

The thing that surprised me the recipe came out of accident. Whoever thought noodle (spaghetti/spaghettini/angel hair) + miso paste + nutritional yeast + blended nuts and seeds would make a great combo. It’s a big hit in the house now to eat with anything.

Who also ever thought that a toddler could eat with kids chopstick at 2 years 7 months old of age? No one in the house use chopstick to eat but her. She’s really good at it that I sometime ask who’s this child?

Miso paste made the bowl post eating looked rather messy. The left over picture was taken after her 4th bowl of noodle. She has finished 3 bowls independently. We usually finished her plate (if there’s any).
