(Craft)

A few days ago I saw ballet theme painting on Pinterest using handprints. I cut the leotard out of construction paper, covered it in glue, and let Y laid it on the paper. We mixed up some pink homemade paint, and Y made handprints for the tutu. We skipped the ribbon because she didn’t want it. It turned out so cute, and it was a great activity to do with the little one. Super cheap, easy, and cute!

We closed the ballet theme today with a ‘Love is a Tutu’ read-aloud book session from those times back then when our daughter ultra love pink.

Sweet and spare rhymes prance across the pages, engaging her with real ballet terms and plenty of pink. Pink phase lasted only a few days, to our luck.

What remains were her love on dancing, the book and now this handprint craft.

Materials:

-a cut of top ballerina dress from pink paper

-pink paint

Instruction:

-glue the top ballerina dress paper cut onto a paper

-ask your toddler to coat his/her hand with paint

-press his/her hand onto the bottom of the dress

-let the handprint dry
