(Open ended play)
What not to love with play dough? None. What if we give toddler water in addition to simple old homemade play dough? Even more fun!

It is so fun to squeeze, shape, and if you flatten it out and then rip it into pieces it looks like ice cream!

It was a simple set up: homemade pandan play dough, water in a watering toys, and Fisher Price blocks.

She immediately drawn to pour water using the watering can toys.

Touching the dough was just so tempting. It’s wet, slippery, soft and bouncy. Invitation to play was accepted to the max.

She noticed something was missing in her tray. She ran to our kitchen, opened the drawer and brought back a rolling pin. “Roll, roll, roll!”
Y was busy making darling little ice cream play dough cups that looked good enough to eat even without any sprinkle on top.

She couldn’t resist trying a few bites of our sweet smelling play dough, the nice thing is I didn’t have to freak out on him or dig in his mouth. The less interrupting of playtime that I have to do is best.
