We made a long lasting flower bed art today.
It has been a while now that I wanted to try a great tips from @mothercould to paint flower using bundle of Q-tips. It’s always in the back of my head and last night we got the chance to try it. It was a blast of fun.

Materials:
-bundle of Q-tips
-2 homemade paints (we used pink and yellow)
-a paper
-a marker for safety measure (should she want to use it)
-a tray
Instruction:
-present the materials in front of your kiddo
-let your kiddo explore freely
The tray of the day was so easy to set up. It took me only less than 5 minutes to prep. I could have left the green marker out today since she barely used it. But, who could ever know a toddler way of thinking in advance anyway?
Y loves to stamp. I couldn’t say exactly how much marker met its end stamped by her these days. The bundle of Q-tips really could save lots of them if we tried it earlier. She was being in the now, enjoying every bit of process to stamp each of the flower, and observing how the paint got thinner after few stamps.

I thought she’d over it too quick for a flower bed, but as you can see, she made a whole page full with flowers. She preferred more pink than yellow though yesterday. She surely loved it!
