(Activity)
Out of these citruses, Y currently familiars with orange and lemon. She call grapefruit as orange while lime is just the same as lemon for her. I introduced repetition on the name of these citruses. I thought a citrus slide would be fun for her.

I leaned her tray against a table and brought up one citrus at a time while saying “up up up.” I then sang the following lyrics (with a tune of Wheels on the Bus) while letting the citrus go over and over until song was done:
(Citrus) on the slide goes round and round
Round and round
Round and round
(Citrus) on the slide goes round and round
All through the slide
I changed the (citrus) word with: “grapefruit”, “lemon”, “orange” and “lime-lime.” She loves Wheels on the Bus song so much that eventually she sang it for us.
She loved to see the fruit slide down round round. Not only lots giggle, oooh and aaaah, she laughed out loud on each and every round. By the end of our activity together she finally said “g-fruit” and “lime.” I let her play with the tray slide and these citruses for as long as she’d like afterwards. It eventually became a numbering slide game.
Unfortunately no picture of us playing since my both hands were rather occupied with our activities.
