All it requires is a few supplies, a little creativity and would you believe, an empty soda bottle! It's fun, hands on and you get to let your toddler’s inner painter shine!
Materials:
-black marker
-pink paint in wide container or just use a paper plate (wider than soda bottle width)
-recycled soda bottle
-paper (we used red color paper)
Instruction:
-use black marker to paint a branch on paper and let it dry
-pour some paint on a container or paper plate and dip the plastic bottle
-press the plastic bottle on the paper, then lift up
-dip the bottle in more paint each time you repeat the stamp. Add as many blossoms as you want.
I guided my toddler to paint the branch. If you can’t paint in a straight line, it looks even better.
Y looked at me in disbelief when I asked her to dip bottom part of the plastic bottle in paint. She was so excited to see the print on the paper though. She loves stamping so much that it took 6 pages until she call it a day with stamping cherry blossoms on paper. I only provided branch in one paper, the remaining 5 pages were simply blank to let her explore freely.
