(Art and craft)

Does it look like a carrot? My daughter said they are, so I confidently put the word on our title today.

Carrot is one of Y’s favorite vegetable. Since she was exposed to one I think there was no day she didn’t eat her carrot.

I pre-cut some carrot shaped paper and laid it on her table. She picked her way to paint by taking out the salad spinner from our kitchen cabinet. We used our usual homemade paints (made of flour, water and food coloring).

She had blast of fun and enjoy this carrot splatter painting independently from beginning to finish. Over time the paint was too thin to pour. I thought it was the end for her project, but she went to the kitchen and brought a “spoon” while saying it out loud all the way back to her table to scrape the left over paint.
