(Art and craft)

These HAndy Warhols mark a stage of growth in my daughter’s life and are a reminder to us of how small our little ones hands once were.

Y was so excited to see so many handprints on her table and kept pointing “mummy’s” or “daddy’s” or “hands” the whole time. Gluing and sticking is all her work. She picked four coloured pieces of A4 paper. The hand cut-outs are stuck onto each one of the four coloured paper. First layer was daddy’s handprint, second one was mummy’s and lastly was hers. I let her chose which color she could pick from each person’s handprints on each step of the way to help her focus. At 2 years 8 months old her attention span already grew better but she’s still young nonetheless. After the third set, she was distracted a bit before decided to finish what we have started out of curiosity.

If it’s me for sure I stuck them in portrait position as most examples are, but of course young children are the best with creativity!
